About Us

Pathfinder Printworks is a UK-based supplier of custom printed apparel for clubs, businesses, charities and organisations. Unless otherwise stated, all garments are hand printed to order using professional water-based inks.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 28 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Changes to garment choice, artwork, print positions or quantities may affect the final price.

Minimum Order Quantity

Our standard minimum order quantity for custom printed apparel is 10 garments. Smaller quantities may be possible for selected products - please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Orders

Production will begin once artwork has been approved and any agreed payment has been received. Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, colours and garment details before approval.

Once approval has been given, Pathfinder Printworks cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present on the approved artwork.

Lead Times

Typical production time is approximately 2–3 weeks from artwork approval, although this may vary depending on garment availability and workload.

If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before placing your order and we'll always do our best to accommodate it.

Garment Availability

Occasionally suppliers discontinue colours or experience stock shortages. If this happens, we'll contact you to discuss suitable alternatives before production begins.

Colours

We make every effort to represent garment and print colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly between screens, photographs and finished printed garments.

Hand Printing

Every item is individually hand printed. Minor variations in print position or ink coverage are part of the traditional hand-printing process and should not be considered defects.

Sustainable Printing

We use professional water-based inks and carefully selected garments wherever possible to produce high-quality apparel that's designed to be worn and enjoyed for years rather than treated as disposable merchandise.

Returns & Exchanges

As the majority of our garments are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Faulty Items

If a garment arrives damaged or has been printed incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible, including photographs where appropriate.

If the fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the item as appropriate.

Care Instructions

To help your garments last as long as possible we recommend:

• Wash inside out at 30°C.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not bleach.
• Iron inside out.
• Do not iron directly onto printed areas.

Failure to follow these instructions may affect the life of the print.

Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have permission to reproduce any logos, trademarks or artwork supplied for printing.

Pathfinder Printworks accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement relating to customer-supplied artwork.
